Liz Kelley

Vocalist, Bandleader, & Managing Director

Liz Kelley is a powerhouse bandleader and multi-faceted music professional whose career spans performance, production, and event execution. A Recording Academy Voting Member and recipient of the DownBeat Student Music Award, Liz has performed on some of the world’s most iconic stages, including the Montreux Jazz Festival, and holds multiple artist endorsements that reflect her expertise and artistry.

With nearly 200 weddings & events to her name, Liz knows how to craft a setlist and lead a band that keeps the dance floor packed. Offstage, she’s booked and managed over 20 tours across the U.S. and internationally, has spearheaded audio for live events & recording sessions, and has played a key role in fundraising efforts for fellow artists—bringing her sharp administrative skills and creative eye to every project she touches.

Under Liz’s leadership, Something Blue has become a sought-after name not just in the wedding scene, but for high-end corporate events as well—including performances at legendary venues like The Grand Ole Opry. Whether it’s an elegant ceremony or a blowout celebration, Liz brings the same level of attention, precision, and musicality that sets Something Blue apart.
